Our SPACE
So far our speakers have all been volunteers. But it would be a huge blessing to us (and I'm sure to them) if we could gift them with a larger honorarium and bring in gusts from further out. Any amount of money we recieve for Proverbs & Pints will go back into P&P. Whether it be for beer, rental space to host events, or as honorariums for our speakers. Our SPACE
Thankfully as we have had a studio space that we rented for our businesses we have had a consistent space to host our events. But unfortunately this time is coming to an end. If you have a space that you think would work well and host 15 - 30 people once a month in the Fraser Valley we'd love to hear from you.
THE FUTURE OF PROVERBS & PINTS
We've seen the power of Proverbs & Pints and the effect it's had on the lives of the men who've attended. As a result we feel very passionately that this could become something much bigger than us. In order to do that we would need real funding in order to employ someone that could spend more time on this and connecting with the community. If you feel called to work with us or have ideas about where this could go we would love to speak with you.
WHAT WE NEED MOST
Prayer. Please pray for our hosts as we continue to figure out what this is and invite strangers into our homes and lives. Please pray for those that attend, that God would work in their hearts and minds. And pray for the speakers that they may preach truth and teach wisdom.
